is the process or activity of attempting to obtain information in both human and technological contexts. Information seeking is related to, but different from, information retrieval (IR).

A search engine is really a general class of programs, however, the term is often used to specifically describe systems like Google, Bing and Yahoo! Search that enable users to search for documents on the World Wide Web.

Search engine indexing collects, parses, and stores data to facilitate fast and accurate information retrieval. Index design incorporates interdisciplinary concepts from linguistics, cognitive psychology, mathematics, informatic, and computer science.

 Often emphasized open-access features, such as open licensing of content, structure and learning goals, to promote the reuse and remixing of resources.



  • Employment Websites 


Is a websites that deals specifically with employment or careers.




  • Electronic Commerce (E-commerce)

The activity of buying and selling goods on the Internet.
